My aim is to maintain this challenging process as reliably and smoothly as possible through an intensive use of automated and intelligent systems.
How long have you worked for the Company and in what roles?
I have worked for Go Inspire for almost 7 years. I joined in 2011 as Software Developer and I immediately started to work on the most complex transactional projects. After a couple of years my hard work and dedication was rewarded with a promotion to Lead Developer. When in 2014 the Transactional Services Development team was founded, I was given the task to head it as Team Leader.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
In my role I have had a chance to create from scratch the majority of the systems we use to provide our services and leave my footprint in all those systems. I have been able to make a difference every day. What I enjoy most is being innovative, finding new improved solutions, trying to use modern technological developments to provide a better service for our clients.
What’s the best thing about working here?
I have been appreciating, in this years, the high level of independence and empowerment I have been given by Go Inspire to make decisions about technical aspects of the job. This has allowed me to feel in charge and responsible for my work and reciprocate their trust with high quality solutions. I also like the flexibility shown by the company, when I moved house, in finding an arrangement to minimise my commuting times.
