What is your job title at Go Inspire and what does it involve?
The role of an account manager at Go Inspire Solutions means being proactive and attentive (every second of the day!). It’s our job to manage the day to day activities across a wide range of accounts, each one different to the next. We ensure each and every project moves smoothly as it passes through each department; from processing data and artwork, briefing production, right through to the postage handover.
We interact directly with customers to manage relationships and provide the best service possible. The role involves a high level of time management and quick thinking. The best analogy I could use to describe this position would be ‘spinning plates with finesse’!
How long have you worked for the Company and in what roles?
I have been with Go Inspire for a year and half, I started this role as a Junior and have now joined the client services team as an account manager. This has been the only position I have had at Go Inspire. However, this is the best possible role to get a taste of every area of print.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Every day is different, the work is challenging. I come in to work each morning to a different scenario. Different print formats, new data challenges and complicated briefs. Your brain is always ticking. That’s what I enjoy about this role, no 2 days are the same.
What’s the best thing about working here?
The people, it’s nice to have such a close-knit team that all get along and support one another. This isn’t just internal, the relationships you build with clients can be invaluable.
